Slow and steady, these restaurant style scrambled eggs are soft and creamy.

  • 2 Eggs – Range free organic with humane seal
  • Whole Milk
  • Butter Unsalted – (Kerrygold Unsalted Butter brand)
  • Sea Salt

Steps

Crack eggs and a splash of milk in mixing bowl, wisk with fork for a minute. Add a small pad of butter to non-stick skillet on low to medium-low level. Once butter has melted, add egg mixture. The eggs will slowly cook you’ll only need to stir slowly, from the edges in two or three times. Make sure the eggs are cooked throughout, but not too overdone.
