I normally make extra grilled chicken for use as lunch ingredients. In this case, pre-cooked shredded grilled chicken with aged-cheddar makes for great panini melt.
Recipe
- Pre-cooked grilled chicken
- Homemade bread slices
- Aged-Cheddar Cheese Slices (Kerrygold Reserved Aged Cheddar brand)
- Butter, unsalted (Kerrygold unsalted brand)
Steps
Ready grill pan or grill machine (I use Breville Sear & Press Grill). Add chicken and cheese slices to bread slices and apply thin slices of butter to each side of sandwich for grilling. Add side of extra slices of cheese and plain salted potato chips.
